GAME REVIEWS
This is gonna be a lot of reading, which can be a drag, BUT READ IT ANYWAY! (Never really played PS2 or GC, so
dont get mad if i dont have it). This is in the same order as on the right.
Need for Speed: Underground 2 is the greatest recing game made yet. The free-roaming feature really helps this
game...hidden races, shops, cash, all that good stuff. A lot more customizable options like hydrolics, sound-system,
review mirrors, and you can now paint roof scoops. There is also trucks like Escalade (even though it sucks), Navigator,
and a Hummer 2. You can also fix those up. And you can have more than 1 car so dont pitch a fit thinking your
car will get replaced, it wont. The graphics are great and there are a few new racing modes like URL which is on a closed
track, out-run which is when you are just cruising and you just challenge another driver and you have to get 1000 feet ahead
of him. There is also Street X, nothing too weird about that. And Drift is very much improved, you are no longer
by yourself, you are racing with 4 other people on the track. Just a flat out, all around badass game.
Halo 2 was a game that was very much worth the wait. Badass graphics, plot, dual wield, it has it all. You
can jump on vehicles (meaning steal them) that the enemy has, how badass is that, a friend let me play it so I only got to
the 3rd mission, but what a fukin badass game. And most of the time we played multiplayer, which is very much improved,
but I sucked, but it was still a lot of fun.
Vice City has great graphics, gameplay, direction, all around badass game.
Raven Shield is an all out great game. It gives a good feeling of squad based terror, i really enjoy this game, you gotta
get it.
Max Payne is a very well plotted game. Plus it was in fact the first game to use the slow motion thing, which was
done very well, it may be old but its still fantastic.
MVP Baseball 2004 is a very well done baseball game, 120 year dynasty, which is really cool. It has very neat graphics
and the rosters are pretty recent, a good game to get.
Need for Speed Undergound has very nice graphics, kind of a good plot for a racing game. And the whole styling
your car bit is a really good touch, nice game.
Fable, all I can say is well done. Game of the month, got a 9.5 in the GI magazine and it deserved it. The
only thing that sucked about this game is all the freakin loading, but other than that, really nice game. A long wait
for it but it sure was worth it, pick this awesome game up.
Super Mario 64 was a very well done game for the 64, and it was long, not like some of the other 64 games. It was very
fun and entertaining and it had a great plot, wish they would put this gem on XBOX.
Battlefield 1942 delivers. Very cool war game, awesome multiplayer and single player modes. This game is
an all out all around winner, pick this up for PC.
Zelda: Ocarina of Time...all I have to say is WOW! This game had nice graphics, sweet plot, challenging, I could
play this over and over and not get tired of it, GREAT GAME!
Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, I have yet to beat this game but so far it is really cool. Nice graphics, and I
really like the plot, it doesnt leave you asking WTF is going on. Nice job on this game.
Halo, honestly, the single player campaign got boring to me which is why its 12, but I cant get enough of the multiplayer,
pretty well done game.
Ninja Gaiden for XBOX is extremely hard but it was a lot of fun. I only stopped playing it because I had to
replace my XBOX and I couldnt put Ninja Gaiden on my memory card, so I was basically screwed. But it was a great game.
Half-life has a very odd plot, but its really cool. Thats about all i can say, nice game.
Manhunt totally blew me away. All the Graphics are amazing, it actually shows you chopping off someones head. And
the plot is really good too, how did they ever make such a crazy game have such a good plot, way to go.
GTA 3 is not as good as Vice City, but Rockstar did very well will this game. Also has good graphics and a good plot,
fun game to play.
Mario Kart Double Dash for GC was freakin insane, my cousin has it and I loved it...all the choosable characters and
Karts, and the graphics were amazingly good. I like the competition in this game.
Super Mario BROS for NES...gotta go back to old skool. Man, this game was just a lot of fun. Thats all i
gotta say, BRING IT TO XBOX PLEAAAAAAAAAASE! and that paper mario sucks.
Kill Switch was well, fun. I played for hours and hours non stop playing it, it was soooooo addicting, but fun,
I like this one.
